Gowanus Goo, named after the beloved canal that is crawling with unimaginable horrors, has been serving the community with truffles since September of 2025. Can now be found monthly at Root Hill Cafe. The truffle flavors are taking a turn for the unique. February had Ultimate Dark Chocolate, a flavor made with cocoa nibs that were hand-harvested, fermented, and roasted by yours truly.
